Charges filed against Migori County Court Assistant for bribery in criminal case

The DPP has declared that Shadrack Odhiambo, a Court Assistant at the Judiciary in the Migori County Government, will face charges for allegedly seeking a bribe of Kshs. 100,000 in exchange for a reduced sentence for a defendant in a criminal case.
